Outcomes
For a wellness program to be successful it must be able to show positive outcomes. We will work diligently with you and your employee population to provide the positive outcomes you desire.
Custom Programming
All of our services are custom designed to your needs. We know that all employee populations are different, therefore, your wellness program should be customized to your population and not conform to some arbitrary industry standard.
Convenience
On-Site
Our services are provided on-site. The health screenings are provided on-site and scheduled so as to be done in a timely manner and keep employees productive. We strive to provide as many of our additional programs on-site as possible making it better for both employee and employer.
Online
We provide our Health Risk Assessment in an online format making it easier for some employees to test and receive their results.
Health Risk Assessment
Our HRA was developed by an award winning team of recognized specialists in their field. We developed a "new" HRA that would look further into favorably changing behaviors that affect personal health choices.

- Reduced Worker's Compensation and Disability Management Costs
- Reduced Injuries
- Reduced Absenteeism and Higher Productivity
- Increased Morale and Decreased Turnover
Ask Yourself These Questions
What have healthcare costs done in our company over the past few years?
If your company is among the norm, then you have seen substantial increases each year.
Do I believe a healthy employee is a happier, more productive employee?
Studies show this to be the truth.
Are the strategies we have used trying to combat increasing healthcare costs working?
Sometimes companies try a variety of "fixes" before turning to wellness and then realize wellness is where they should have begun.
What risk would I be taking in an employee wellness program?
We believe low. One way to look at this is if what you are currently doing is not working, then try wellness programs that have proven to work.
