It is a tenet of our team to base everything we do in sound, evidence-based, exercise and nutritional information. We are also grateful to have developed an incredible network of health and wellness professionals over the years to draw upon when needed.
Tiger grew up actively involved in sports and loving outdoor activities. Health and wellness have always played an important role in his life. This led Tiger to attend Arkansas State University, graduating in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. He completed his degree by serving an internship at Walmart's Fitness Center in Bentonville, AR.
After a few years of working in the health and wellness industry, Tiger had the opportunity to start his own company in 1999. Salveo was born and has developed into a company that has grown to serve its customers specific health and wellness needs. With a focus on customer service, he has experience developing programming as simple as a basic health screening to comprehensive employee wellness programs. He enjoys the creative nature of designing different programs for our customers, which have ranged from 10 to 5000+ employees. He loves the excitement and challenges that new programs bring, as well as the joy of seeing people improve their well-being.
Residing in Northwest Arkansas, Tiger is married and has three children. He enjoys activities with his family, running, sports and anything outdoors. He and his family attend and actively participate in Fellowship Bible Church of Northwest Arkansas.
Katie Brewer, MS
Exercise Physiologist/Wellness Coach
Katie lives in her college town of Fayetteville, AR where she graduated with a Masters degree in Kinesiology in 2001 from the University of Arkansas. She started her career and worked for 4 years in Campus Recreation as a Fitness Director, administering and planning group fitness, personal training, and fitness testing for a college population. Since the Fall of 2005, she has been employed with Salveo, designing and implementing wellness education programs and coaching for our clients. Katie is very passionate about exercise and nutrition and loves to see participants achieve their goals and dreams. She believes there is nothing better than witnessing someone have success and start to enjoy exercise and better health!
Katie and her husband have three small boys that have tons of energy. She enjoys feeding off of them by incorporating them into her workout for the day. It turns her workout into playtime! Katie's exercise of choice is running and she enjoys participating in local races or just going for a jog with friends.
Caitlyn Anderson, MS, CHES
Caitlyn is a native of Arkansas. After growing up in the Arkansas River Valley, Caitlyn received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith. During this time, Caitlyn’s passion for health care grew from her interest in science. After graduation, Caitlyn moved to Fayetteville, AR to pursue her Master of Science in Community Health Promotion. While attending graduate school, Caitlyn worked as a graduate assistant in the Department of Wellness and Health Promotion at the Pat Walker Health Center. Caitlyn’s duties included: teaching wellness classes, providing health education programming on campus and serving as an assistant advisor to the Student Health Advisory Committee.
Her first love of promoting health care came in high school when she served as a student athletic trainer. As an undergraduate, she served as a member of the pre-health professional organization, which exposed her to various divisions of health professions. During graduate student, she was inducted into Eta Sigma Gamma, the honor society for health education. Upon graduation, Caitlyn became a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Caitlyn enjoys helping others with stress management skills, smoking cessation, and maintaining their overall wellness.
Caitlyn and her husband Michael live in Northwest Arkansas with their two Labradors, Mello and Bunker. In their free time, they enjoy hiking, watching the New Orleans Saints play and traveling the world.
